Mostafa Ismaeel is a Project Controls and Planning leader with 11+ years of experience driving performance on complex infrastructure and capital projects across Canada and the Middle East.
Currently, he serves as National Planning Manager at WSP Canada, where he leads a national transformation initiative to standardize and elevate planning practices across the organization. His work focuses on data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and operational excellence, enabling project teams to improve predictability, performance, and stakeholder outcomes at scale.​ Mostafa holds a Master of Applied Science in Building Engineering from Concordia University and is certified as a PMP, PSP, and CCP.

Brandon Guay is an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business with over
five years of experience in higher education administration and admissions strategy. He
holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies and a BA in Psychology
with a minor in Civil Law. Fully bilingual in English and French, Brandon has worked
across multiple Canadian institutions, where he developed expertise in process
optimization, stakeholder communication, and cross-cultural advising. He is also Lean
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and brings a data-informed, solutions-oriented approach
to every project.
