Ezzat has a triple major in Chemistry, French, and Mechanical Engineering. he has over 4 years of experience in Project management and Maintenance Management at BMO and PepsiCo. His diverse background in science, arts, and engineering, and his experience in personal and public communication enables him to work on problems involving both systems and people.he is currently pursuing an MBA at Concordia, and during his free time he likes to read, play chess, and drink (a lot of) coffee.

Simy is an experienced human resources professional holding a BSc. in Psychology and Human Resource Management Certification. With over 6 years of experience in non-profit organizations of varying sizes, she brings a comprehensive understanding of people management, organizational development, and operational efficiency. Simy's diverse experiences reflect her ability to understand business needs, adapt to challenges, and work resourcefully in order to come to a solution.

Nadia holds a PhD in computational chemistry with 10 years of industrial experience in client-oriented roles. She has worked in a scientific software company and a drug discovery CRO where she provided her scientific expertise to clients in pharma and biotech. Nadia is interested in bridging science and business to make a bigger impact.

Matthieu holds a bachelor's degree in both Management and Marketing. His 6 years of experience working with brands in different industries (telecommunication, education, real estate, non-profits and e-commerce) and of different sizes has forged his problem-solving skills and formulation of strategies aligned with its clients reality. He specializes in paid media by creating strategies, managing campaigns and providing in-depth analytics to drive results for its clients.

With a Masters in Food Safety from McGill University, she is currently serving as a Food Safety Manager for a global food importer. In her professional career, she has led food safety & regulatory compliance projects across North America and collaborated with international partners globally. Her professional background includes overseeing supplier audits, driving sustainability initiatives, and integrating digital tools to streamline supply chain operations. Pragya’s diverse skill set allows her to approach client challenges from both strategic and operational perspectives—delivering tailored solutions in areas such as process improvement, risk management, and business growth strategy.

Omar is a results-driven professional with a strong background in materials engineering,
renewable energy, and business strategy. Currently pursuing an MBA at Concordia’s
John Molson School of Business, he brings over 10 years of experience leading
operational improvements and strategic projects across various business sectors.
Holding a Ph.D. in Energy and Material Science and a solid record of published
research, he blends technical expertise with business acumen. His diverse roles in
R&D, business and data analytics, and process optimization have shaped a data-
informed approach to solving complex business challenges.

Brandon Guay
Brandon Guay is an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business with over
five years of experience in higher education administration and admissions strategy. He
holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Policy Studies and a BA in Psychology
with a minor in Civil Law. Fully bilingual in English and French, Brandon has worked
across multiple Canadian institutions, where he developed expertise in process
optimization, stakeholder communication, and cross-cultural advising. He is also Lean
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified and brings a data-informed, solutions-oriented approach
to every project.
