Mostafa Ismaeel is a Project Controls and Planning leader with 11+ years of experience driving performance on complex infrastructure and capital projects across Canada and the Middle East.
Currently, he serves as National Planning Manager at WSP Canada, where he leads a national transformation initiative to standardize and elevate planning practices across the organization. His work focuses on data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and operational excellence, enabling project teams to improve predictability, performance, and stakeholder outcomes at scale. Mostafa holds a Master of Applied Science in Building Engineering from Concordia University and is certified as a PMP, PSP, and CCP.

Matthew Collard is a Strategic Accounts Specialist in the life sciences industry and an MBA candidate at the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Biochemistry with a specialization in Human and Molecular Genetics. Matthew partners with pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and contract research organizations across North America, Australia, and Singapore, helping them evaluate technologies and make strategic business decisions. His experience spans scientific research, business development, and strategic account management, giving him a unique perspective at the intersection of science, technology, and business. Outside of work, Matthew actively invests in and manages residential real estate. He is passionate about strategy, entrepreneurship, and helping organizations solve complex challenges and create lasting value.
